In an explanation, the peak court said: “The High Court Collegium in its gathering hung on 28th September, 2022 has suggested move of the accompanying Boss Judges of high courts: Equity S. Muralidhar from Orissa High Court to Madras High Court and Equity Pankaj Mithal from Jammu and Kashmir High Court to Rajasthan High Court.”

Equity Muralidhar’s parent high court is Delhi High Court, and Equity Mithal’s is Allahabad High Court.

In another explanation, the court expressed that at a similar gathering, the Collegium likewise suggested rise of three appointed authorities of high courts: Equity Jaswant Singh, as of now judge of Orissa High Court, as Boss Equity of Orissa High Court; equity P.B. Varle, as of now judge of Bombay High Court, as Boss Equity of Karnataka High Court; and, Equity Ali Mohammad Magrey, as Boss Equity of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

The collegium likewise suggested the three high court judges: Equity Sanjaya Kumar Mishra from Uttarakhand High Court to Jharkhand High Court; Equity K. Vinod Chandran from Kerala High Court to Bombay High Court; and, Equity Aparesh Kumar Singh from Jharkhand High Court to Tripura High Court.
