Sardesai said that it was an untrustworthy assertion by Pramod Sawant that Phogat had died because of heart failure. “Haryana BJP and Chief Minister have questioned the examination done by the Goa Police and they have requested a CBI request. Phogat had come to Goa on August 22 and was remaining at an inn in Anjuna. She felt uncomfortable that evening and the following morning, she was taken to the confidential clinic in Anjuna where she was proclaimed brought dead.
Sardesai said that the BJP has neglected to make strategy, policing, and to give initiative to the state and consequently individuals are languishing.
He addressed whether the Chief Minister came to be familiar with the dissemination of medications solely after the passing of Sonali Phogat.
